Shipping & Returns


Packages usually ship from Atlanta within 1-4 business days of your order confirmation. We are closed on weekends and holidays.  


Shipping within the US:

Packages within the USA ship complimentary with a minimum order of $150 via USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping to Canada:

We offer $30 flat rate shipping on all orders with a value of $150 or more to Canada with DHL Global Express, or choose USPS Priority Mail International. 

On July 1, 2020, the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) entered into force, officially replacing the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).


International Shipping to Europe:

International orders with a product value over $150 ship for a $50 flat rate DHL Global Express. 

Our tax and duty calculator will automatically provide a calculation at checkout based on your shipping destination for the duties and taxes your government will require for your shipment to enter the country.

*If DHL or USPS do not service your country, we are currently unable to ship to you through our website. Within North America and Europe, we are currently unable to ship to Spain, Italy, Mexico and other countries that maintain restrictions on the importation of cosmetics. 


Return Policy

We want you to thoroughly enjoy your Gypsy Secrets experience.  Feel free to connect with us via our Contact page or at prior to ordering so we can discuss your skin’s needs and beauty rituals. We are happy to include mini samples of any products with each order at your request. Please indicate your desire in the “notes” section during checkout. 

If you are not happy with your selection, please send a note within 14 days of delivery to We are happy to work with you and find the right product match for your skin and we will work with you to arrange for an exchange, credit, or refund.

Should a return be requested, it will be issued to your original payment method, less a $25 return shipping and administrative fee.

Please note that orders placed during gifting promotions where free product was received are not eligible for return. Also, international shipping charges, customs fees, or taxes are not eligible for refund.


Damaged Shipments

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It is normal for the outer package to show some wear and tear; however, if there is damage to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us at within 7 days of delivery.  Please include your order number in the email, and retain the shipping box, packaging materials and damaged items. No returns/refunds will be granted following the seven days after delivery but you may contact the carrier to file a complaint regarding the damaged package.
